These Terms & Conditions apply to the Loan EMI & Smart Calculator mobile application developed by ARC WOODFLOWER LLC (hereinafter referred to as "this Application"). This Application is a free loan calculator and credit limit prediction app.
By downloading or using this Application, you automatically agree to the following terms. You are strongly advised to read and understand these terms carefully before using this Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of this Application, any part of this Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to extract the source code of this Application, translate this Application into other languages, or create derivative versions is not allowed. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property associated with this Application remain the property of the service provider.
The service provider strives to ensure that this Application is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, they reserve the right to modify this Application or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. The service provider assures you that any fees charged for this Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
To provide the "Service," this Application stores and processes personal data you provide to the service provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your mobile device and access to this Application. The service provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as these actions involve removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by your device's official operating system. Such actions may expose your phone to malware, viruses, and malicious programs, compromise its security features, and may result in this Application failing to operate properly or at all.

Please be aware that the service provider is not responsible for certain aspects. Some features of this Application require an active internet connection, either via Wi-Fi or through the network provided by your mobile carrier. The service provider is not responsible if this Application cannot perform at its full capacity due to lack of Wi-Fi connection or depletion of your mobile data.
If you use this Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile carrier's terms of service still apply. Therefore, data usage incurred while connected to this Application may be charged by your mobile carrier or other third parties. By using this Application, you accept responsibility for such charges, including roaming data charges if you use this Application outside your home territory (i.e., region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the billing account holder of the device using this Application, we assume you have obtained permission from the account holder.
Similarly, the service provider is not always responsible for your actions while using this Application. For example, ensuring your device remains charged is your responsibility. The service provider is not liable if your device runs out of power, preventing access to the "Service."
Regarding the service provider's liability for your use of this Application, please note that although they strive to keep their content updated and accurate, they rely on third-party information to display it to you. The service provider is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses you may incur from fully relying on this feature of the Application.
The service provider may wish to update this Application from time to time. The current operating system requirements of this Application (and any other system requirements they decide to extend the Application's availability to) may change, and you will need to download updates if you wish to continue using the Application. The service provider does not guarantee that it will always update the Application to keep it relevant and/or compatible with specific operating system versions installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the Application when they are provided to you. The service provider may also choose to discontinue the Application and may terminate its use at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise notified, upon any termination:
- (a) The rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms shall terminate;
- (b) You must stop using the Application and, if necessary, remove it from your device.

The service provider may periodically update these Terms & Conditions. Therefore, it is recommended that you review this page regularly for any changes. The service provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms & Conditions on this page.
